Hiking: Connecting with Nature and Your Inner Self : The combination of yoga and hiking offers a harmonious blend of physical movement, mindfulness, and awe-inspiring landscapes. Each step becomes a meditation, grounding you in the present moment and deepening your connection with the natural world.
Wine tasting : Local visit at Chianti. The iconic vineyards and olive trees associated with Tuscany are spread throughout the Chianti area, situated just a few kilometres south of Florence. You’ll find a series of country roads perfect for a car trip, and this whole area is considered a food and wine paradise.
Meditation: Deepening Your Mind-Body Connection Through meditation, you embark on a path of introspection and self-discovery, gently guiding your attention to the present moment. By focusing on your breath, sensations, or a chosen object of meditation, you learn to observe your thoughts and emotions without judgment, allowing them to arise and pass by like clouds in the sky.
Nature Walks : Nature walks give attendees time for reflection, relaxation, and rediscovery. We encourage attendees to take some unstructured free time for themselves outside to experience nature’s healing powers.
Sound healing : We will bathe attendees with the rejuvenating sounds of crystal quartz and Himalayan bowls, and other sacred instruments. Guests can cover their eyes or immerse themselves in darkness to heighten the effect of the sounds.
